MADISON, Wis. -- The state of Wisconsin is reminding Fourth of July revelers to be careful when firing up the backyard grill this weekend. The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection cites statistics that show 18,000 people were injured by barbecue grills last year.
