The Comanche County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) passed a resolution Monday morning implementing a countywide burn ban until Tuesday, February 17. The burn ban prohibits citizens from any outdoor burning, with a few exceptions for welding and outdoor cooking. "Although we received some precipitation, dead grass and foliage does not retain moisture very well."
